Shipping & Handling
All orders placed on stylecaravan.com will ship USPS Priority Mail. We will ship your order within three business days.
If you have shipping needs that require expedited service (overnight or express mail), we will work with you, make arrangements, and let you know what the associated costs will be based on the chosen shipping method.
Note: All responsibility and issues regarding shipping delivery times should be directed to the shipping carrier and their policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are fully satisfied with your Style Caravan purchase. If something is not right, please let us know, as we welcome feedback from our customers. We will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
Merchandise purchased at a retail store cannot be returned to us directly. Please take the item back to the store where you purchased it and they will work out an arrangement with you depending on their return/exchange policy. Only items bought directly from our website or at an event where we sell to the public can be returned directly to Style Caravan.
ALL SALE items are FINAL.
Returns by mail instructions:
Please place the merchandise in a box or envelope with a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. Please pack properly if sending fragile items such as jewelry. Please send it to us via priority mail. All merchandise will be refunded for the price paid. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.
Please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to let us know you need to make an exchange. We will respond with a RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Include the receipt, along with your merchandise, in a box or envelope and ship it to the address provided by us – via USPS priority mail. We will send in-stock items to you right away and let you know when you can expect to receive items that out of stock. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
Mailing Address: All returns and exchanges should be shipped via priority mail. Please email us (email@example.com) to receive a return shipping address.
